- Development of program designs for review, modification and approval to ensure the right program will be developed BEFORE a great deal of time and expense has gone into developing it.
- Development of program objectives that will provide consistent themes throughout the program and that will serve as the basis for testing and assessment when the program has been completed.
- Alignment with other related and existing programs and activities
At NorthPoint Learning we have done this work many times, for many companies, in many ways. While our focus has been on sales, management, and customer service programs, we have also addressed product initiatives, organizational initiatives, change, and quality. We have developed entirely new programs and reviewed and revised existing programs to increase their effectiveness. We do this work with the idea that learning is an investment and we’re always looking for ways to ensure that such investments are the best possible ones to make.
