Three organizations with legacy management training curricula were combined. Decisions needed to be made about the programs to include in a new, unified curriculum.
Developed a (repeatable) discipline for aligning existing programs within a competency model structure to determine gaps and overlaps in the available programs. Approximately fifty management programs were evaluated in this way. Criteria were then applied to determine which programs should be included and excluded from the newly articulated curriculum. Recommendations were developed and presented based upon this new discipline.
