Leadership and Management Development
An assessment-driven management training program to ensure essential skills in all managers, as part of an initiative to reach world-class manufacturing status.
Conducted a strategic organizational assessment to determine management behaviors required for future success. Assessed and provided feedback to over 60 managers to determine developmental needs at the individual and group level. Designed and co-delivered Process of Management, a multi-topic program including Organizational Learning, Leadership, Change, Performance Management, Ethics and Team Development. Collaborated with internal and external resources in all phases, and facilitated a business-critical final project.
