Instructional Design Activities
Update and enhance training curriculum for storage sales professionals and resellers
Designed training modules to support elements of a new competency model and to be more interactive, based on actual customer and selling situations. Conducted train-the-trainer sessions that addressed the new material. Developed updated modules to address new products and the requirements of a recently completed merger with another high tech company. Mapped all modules in the curriculum (fourteen courses) to the competency model, and developed test questions to be used as part of a certification process for storage selling professionals and resellers
